How can I go about taking a Widget and manually adding it to either:

1) A BlogEngine "page"
2) Somewhere fixed on the site (i.e. within a theme)?

Would appreciate any help...

To be honest matey... It sounds like you just need to create a custom control and programatically add it to the page on load??
