Category Folder Missing

I'm running blogengine.net in a hosted environment (GoDaddy.com). The basic blog settings work fine - except the categories. When I create a new category - the category seems to get created ok (in the XML) - but there is no filesystem folder corresponding to the category. For e.g. - I created a category called 'Language Features' under General Software Ramblings. So - as I understand it - BlogEngine should have created a folder and a default page for the category called - /category/General-Software-Ramblings-Language-Features.aspx . However - no such folder or default page is created - leading to a 404 error. Any ideas? The BlogEngine.net version is 1.4

Double check you have the correct permissions in the App_Data folder, it sounds like you don't have read, write & modify? BE will not create a folder for you, its all done via the URL rewriting class - The page/category will be held in XML in the App_Data folder, which is why it sounds like the permissions are incorrect
