Installing 2 blogengines on 1 Godaddy hosting

I am trying to install a 2nd blogengine.net blog on one of my hosting accounts on godaddy and I am getting an error after installation like the 2nd installation is trying to use the first web.config file or something else. Below is the error code I am receiving.

Code:

Server Error in '/wutang/blog' Application.
Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: There is no 'PassportAuthentication' module in the application to remove.

What do you have in your <authentication mode=""> in your web.config?
