Activate Extensions within RSS Feed?

I'm wondering if there's a way to activate the work that Extensions do within the actual RSS feeds. For example, I created a YouTube Extension and installed it on my blog. The issue is that the feed does not convert the code from [youtube:CodeCodeCode] to the actual HTML required to render the video in-line. Instead, you see just the tag.

This has got to be annoying for those who use feed readers...in order to watch the video they'd have to click through to the site. Some don't like to do that and miss out.

Any way to fix this?

Thanks!
